last christmass i was down, so am i this christmass. any way, here's a poem:
A hundred ways and each in vain
And you’d never grasp the agonies
Of an old good friend
You have never felt the pain
It hurts…
It does, I swear
More than a wound, a blow
I’m off; today I close my eyes forever
Sorry my dear, it’s all talking nonsense
When you expect things on the other side
And I’m weeping my tears in vain
Yesterday I was down,
Brooding over a thousand unhappy things
My loneliness and your being away
Far and away
Overseas
Where birds fly the other way up
And I’m still here, locked up
Lonely, deep inside
The chocolate cake and the coffee
Make me sick
The vanilla ice cream gives me a blow
I do not smoke, neither drink
I try to sleep, but even that doesn’t work
Just a trick!
Listening to music
Unheard melodies
Unheard and unspoken agonies
Of the only one that matters
Always shut before my eyes
And you guess I’m having fun
Christmas time and the pine tree
Withered and empty
Christmas and the pile of snow
Playing with some fellows in the park
Gives me a blow
Christmas time and you’re away
Guess you never ever come back again
And I have to cherish my dreams in vain

haunted
Haunted
I'm haunted by a nightmare
When I'm sleep, I am awake
It's followin' me like a shadow
I'm chasin' its tail
I'm haunted by a woman
She's threatening me to death
It's getting over by night
I'll be visiting my death
I'm haunted by me
Chasin' my shadow helplessly
I'm sucking up my bloodGradually, drop by drop…

wizard lizard
Wizard Lizard
I was nothing but a small lizard
livin' happily with mom en dad
They had called me baby wizard
I never used to do anything bad
We lived inside a gracious home
A pretty hole in a human house wall
Also I had a sister; they loved us both
Mom said I was still growin' tall
So everything was as happy as we were
Life was a sacred gift sent from heaven
I was taught to keep away from the seven deadly sins
And also to run away from all the human beings
It was upon a rainy day
I was playing that I lost my way
Then I was packed in a box suddenly
The human family had to move unexpectedly
But my parents didn't know I was lost
Tomorrow the raindrops would turn to frost
So they moved into a new flat
I was in the box near a fat rat
She aimed to eat me at once
But I sobbed and begged her twice
Then they opened the packs
The lady was afraid of rats
She screamed and we escaped
Far from where we were kept
I kissed the rat on the cheek
She called me such a freak!
Then I found a hole in the kitchen wall
Away from mom, dad, sister, and my ball
So I got used to livin' alone
Inside a damn damp hole
All I needed was a loyal friend
I realized it lying on my bed
So I tried coming out and finding one
They were all afraid of me even their son
Just as I got out of the hole
They tried to run away or kill me, so
I went on another month this way
Still I remembered mom say:
Friendship is the greatest gift we find
But why did they all try to hide?!
One spring day I was lying on the wall
That I heard a sweet whisper’s call
I turned my head a little
To find a tiny beetle
She was so sweet en shy
I’d found her in the middle of the sky
So we made friends and again
I found hopes to pray to heaven
We decided to find our way back home
A new house in the woods, a new hole!
We married and had 3 daughters
A mix of lizards and black beetles
Now you understand why they called me a wizard
Coz after all, I’m nothing now but an old crazy lizard!

Oblivion
The first time that I saw it
Was a little frog on the bridge
Its color was still green
Don’t know where its mom has been?!
I took it, and we played together
He chased me, I the other
We found a cat on the way
Haven’t seen her since that day
First she aimed to eat my frog
But I told her:” please do not”
We three did become friends
Seemed our friendship would never end
I took 'em home to my room
Painted my cat half in blue
Then I drew a picture of them
My frog by my cat on the left
The picture's still on the wall
Where’s my cat?! Where my frog?!
Once we held a party at home
It was then that I found a boy
We became friends, so played games
I didn't care about my latest friends
All through the night we were dancing
Singing and shouting and fancying
We imagined we are adults
You know, adults never have faults!!!
Our play did last long
Then the party was turned off
Everybody went on his way
He said he’d return the other day
Tomorrow arrived

My frog was lost
I did search everywhere
A little here, a bit out there
At last I found it dead in the pool
Someone had killed it, oh what a fool!
I started crying, looking for the cat
Seemed he had just vanished out!
So I lost my two best friends
Never come back, have gone to the ends
The boy didn't return again
I knew he would return no other day
CRYING AND CRYING, I FEEL SO BLUE

The neighbor’s boy is so bad
He makes me feel sad
He cares not about my rat
I do hate his big fat cat
One day Joe, the cat
Was chasin’ my rat
He fell down and broke a limb
Oh, it was a sickening scene!
Joe, the cat never ran again
He stayed in bed all day
I felt sorry and so did my rat
We tried to do something for the cat
I made a soup out of a magic remedy
Once I learnt it from my granddaddy
I gave it to the neighbor’s boy
Did it just for the cat, for Joe
Joe, the cat got so fat
He walked out to see my rat
He chases not my friend anymore
He’s grateful, and so is the boy

Today I saw an old man waiting to die
Seemed as if he'd been waiting long
Just for a simple, honest reply
Poor old man on a wheelchair
It’s such a long time, I bet
Since he'd been called a sir!
He had thick glasses on
Staring at somewhere far
Who says kittens cant' fly?
Today I saw myself staring at me
No, better say I was looking deep
At me or at my latest sin!
I kept smiling at the beauty I saw
It was I or just a reply
